What Kizunora is

Kizunora is a modern online marketplace where people buy and sell eligible physical goods, inspect items live with sellers before purchase, and transact with integrated shipping and Purchase Protection.

Related seller services include listing messages, seller storefronts, live item inspection, and scheduled Live Tables. Dating, romantic matchmaking, escort, and sexual-service activity is prohibited under Prohibited Conduct below.

Availability

Features and availability may change as we improve the service. Access may be limited while we grow carefully.

Adults only

You must be 18 or older. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. Date of birth is an initial age gate. Date of birth alone is not completed age assurance. Kizunora requires age assurance through Didit, an independent provider, before a member can use protected member interaction. The primary method is live facial age estimation with passive liveness. A government identity document may be required as a provider step-up. You must provide truthful information. Attempts to evade age-safety measures may result in restrictions.

Age assurance

Completing age assurance records a verified_18_plus result. It does not mean another member’s identity, character, or safety has been verified. An age-estimation pass is not an “Identity Verified” badge. Kizunora does not store raw selfie, liveness video, ID image, biometric template, or document number in its own application database.

Prohibited Content or Behavior

The following categories of content and behavior are strictly prohibited. These prohibitions are part of these Terms. The Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines describe them in more detail. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.

• Sexually explicit profile content.
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexual violence.
• Non-consensual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery and other non-consensual sexual content.
• Facilitation of human trafficking or sex trafficking.
• Scam or fraudulent activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

Related seller services include listing messages, seller storefronts, live item inspection, and scheduled Live Tables. It is not an online dating, romantic matchmaking, or escort platform. We do not sell or provide sexual services, escorts, paid companionship, or compensation to users for messaging or meeting other members.

You may not use Kizunora to engage in, attempt, or seek the following:

• human trafficking
• sex trafficking
• sexual exploitation of any person
• abuse, coercion, threats, or exploitation
• prostitution
• escort services
• commercial sexual services or commercial sexual activity
• solicitation of sexual services
• facilitating or arranging compensated sexual encounters
• aiding, abetting, encouraging, facilitating, or promoting any of the above conduct or other abuse

Acceptable behavior

You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate them.

Account suspension and termination

We may temporarily suspend or disable accounts to protect members or the service. Suspension and disablement revoke active sessions and limit product access. Ordinary safety actions do not silently hard-delete your data.

Service availability

The service may be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

No guarantee of outcomes or advice

Kizunora helps people list, inspect, ask about, and acquire eligible physical goods. We do not guarantee sales, inspections, outcomes, or professional advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you interact with others and for keeping your credentials secure. Stay safe and use Block/Report when needed.
