Kizunora Community Guidelines
Kizunora is a modern online marketplace where people buy and sell eligible physical goods, inspect items live with sellers before purchase, and transact with integrated shipping and Purchase Protection.
Seller storefronts, buyer-seller messaging, live item inspection, protected transactions, and selected live services are marketplace features. They are how people shop, inspect, and complete an order — not a social network or introduction service.
These guidelines help keep listings, messages, inspections, and transactions safe, authentic, and useful.
1. Authentic Knowledge, Artifacts & Listings
Represent your work truthfully.
Artifacts should accurately represent the knowledge, project, craft, collection, research, process, or physical item being documented. Plagiarism, impersonation, fabricated credentials, deceptive claims, scraper spam, and misleading representations are prohibited.
Accurate physical listings.
When an eligible physical Artifact is offered for acquisition, sellers must accurately describe its identity, condition, material characteristics, functionality where relevant, and known defects. Photographs must fairly represent the actual item being offered.
Prohibited goods.
Counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited hazardous goods are not permitted.
Single-unit Artifact commerce.
Kizunora's Artifact acquisition system is designed for eligible single-unit physical Artifacts. Mass-market dropshipping, retail arbitrage, deceptive resale operations, and attempts to use Kizunora as a bulk retail storefront are prohibited.
2. Live Tables & Defined Sessions
Professional conduct.
Live Tables and sessions are structured around a defined subject, agenda, skill, demonstration, workshop, or other stated value. Harassment, threats, hate-based abuse, bullying, intimidation, sexual misconduct, or deliberate disruption are prohibited.
Recording and privacy.
Do not record, capture, transcribe, publish, or redistribute another participant's private communications, audio, video, or session content without appropriate permission from affected participants.
Truthful scope.
Hosts must accurately describe what a paid session provides. Fraudulent investment schemes, deceptive financial promises, unlicensed medical diagnosis or treatment, dangerous instructions, unlawful professional services, and guaranteed-outcome claims are prohibited.
No paid access to individuals.
Payment is strictly for the defined service or session—not access to a person, personal attention, companionship, romantic interaction, sexual interaction, or an undefined relationship.
3. Ask, Messaging & Communication
Ask is free.
Kizunora's Ask and ordinary communication features exist so members can ask questions about Artifacts, knowledge, projects, physical items, sessions, or other legitimate subjects.
No spam or harassment.
Spam, mass solicitation, harassment, deceptive promotion, phishing, impersonation, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited.
Do not circumvent protected transactions.
Where Kizunora provides checkout, protected payout, shipping, or other transaction protections, members may not solicit or arrange off-platform payment for the purpose of evading Kizunora fees, safeguards, transaction records, or buyer and seller protections.
Kizunora does not sell access to people.
Ordinary Ask, messaging, and access to another member's public work are not products for sale.
4. Child Sexual Exploitation (CSAM/CSAE), Sexual Content & Anti-Trafficking
Adults only.
Kizunora is exclusively for adults age 18 and older.
Zero tolerance for child exploitation.
Kizunora has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation or abuse, including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, or attempts to facilitate, obtain, distribute, or promote such material or conduct.
Prohibition of trafficking and sexual services.
Kizunora strictly prohibits human trafficking, sex trafficking, sexual exploitation, sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content or imagery, prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services, solicitation of sexual services, and arranging compensated sexual encounters.
No sexually explicit content.
Sexually explicit profile, World, Artifact, listing, message, or session content is prohibited, including sexually explicit for-profit content.
Absolute application.
These prohibitions apply regardless of whether money, goods, or services are exchanged.
5. Fraud, Scams & Prohibited Commerce
Zero tolerance for fraudulent activity.
Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, payment fraud, deliberate non-fulfillment, transaction manipulation, deceptive listings, counterfeit goods, and attempts to financially exploit Kizunora members are prohibited.
Restricted and unlawful products.
Members may not use Kizunora to sell illegal goods or services, prohibited weapons or hazardous materials, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, exploitative material, sexual services, or products prohibited by Kizunora's Acceptable Use Policy, payment providers, shipping providers, or applicable law.
Defined commercial value.
A paid offering must describe clearly defined value. Payment may never be used for romantic attention, companionship, sexual interaction, or paid access to another individual.
6. Privacy, Intellectual Property & Respect
Respect personal boundaries and intellectual property.
Respect other people's privacy, intellectual property, confidential information, and personal boundaries.
Confidentiality.
Do not publish private personal information, confidential communications, intimate imagery, copyrighted material, proprietary documentation, or another person's work without appropriate authorization.
Abusive behavior.
Harassment, stalking, threats, doxxing, hateful conduct, intimidation, and repeated unwanted contact are prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination.
7. Reporting, Protection & Enforcement
Member reporting tools.
Members can use Kizunora's available Report and Block controls to flag suspicious Artifacts, abusive communications, prohibited activity, or safety concerns.
Protected payout.
For eligible physical Artifact transactions, Kizunora may use protected-payout, shipment-tracking, delivery, inspection, dispute, and administrative-review mechanisms before a seller payout becomes eligible for release.
Enforcement actions.
Violations may result in content removal, transaction restrictions, payout restrictions, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the nature and severity of the conduct.
Legal compliance and reporting.
Kizunora may preserve relevant information and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law or where Kizunora determines reporting is necessary to protect members or the public.
Safety contact.
Safety concerns can be reported to support@kizunora.com. Legal process and law-enforcement requests should be sent to legal@kizunora.com and must follow our public Law Enforcement Policy.
8. Safety & Operational Commitments
Platform enforcement.
Kizunora reviews reported content, accounts, transactions, and activity as appropriate to enforce these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Member responsibility.
While Kizunora enforces its safety standards, we do not guarantee continuous real-time monitoring of every Artifact, listing, message, session, transaction, or member. Members remain responsible for their representations, listings, professional claims or advice, conduct, and transactions.
No guarantee of independent verification.
Unless Kizunora expressly states otherwise for a particular feature or verification status, publication on Kizunora does not mean that Kizunora has independently verified a member's credentials, professional qualifications, claims, Artifact, physical item, or advice.
Evolving standards.
Kizunora may update these Guidelines as its features, safety systems, commerce capabilities, legal obligations, payment requirements, and regulatory requirements evolve.
