Kizunora Acceptable Use Policy

1. Honesty & Integrity

Represent yourself, your work, qualifications, experience, Artifacts, products, and services truthfully.

Do not impersonate another person or organization or mislead others about your identity, age, qualifications, credentials, ownership, experience, professional status, or what you are offering.

Plagiarism, fabricated credentials, deceptive claims, fraudulent provenance, misleading listings, and intentional misrepresentation are prohibited.

2. Respectful Communication

Communication on Kizunora should remain constructive and respectful.

Disagreement and criticism are permitted. Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, hate-based abuse, degrading conduct, doxxing, repeated unwanted contact, and deliberate disruption are prohibited.

Members must respect another person's decision to end a conversation or interaction.

3. Child Safety & Age Assurance

Kizunora is strictly for adults age 18 and older.

Date of birth is an initial age gate and does not by itself constitute completed age assurance.

Where required by Kizunora, a member must complete age assurance through Kizunora's independent age-assurance provider before accessing protected member-interaction features. The primary process may include live facial age estimation with passive liveness, and additional verification steps, including a government identity document, may be required where appropriate.

Successful age assurance may record a verified_18_plus status. This does not necessarily constitute identity verification, a professional credential, a background check, or an endorsement of another member's identity, character, qualifications, or safety.

Attempts to circumvent or falsify Kizunora's age-safety measures are prohibited and may result in immediate restriction, suspension, or termination.

Kizunora treats suspected underage access with urgency.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSAE)
• child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• grooming or sexual exploitation of minors
• sexual solicitation involving minors
• seeking, possessing, facilitating, promoting, requesting, or distributing CSAM or other exploitative material involving minors
• access to or use of Kizunora by individuals under 18 years of age
• knowingly assisting an individual under 18 in circumventing Kizunora's age requirements

4. Sexual Violence & Non-Consensual Content

Kizunora strictly prohibits:

• sexual violence or threats of sexual violence
• sexual assault, coercion, or non-consensual sexual conduct
• non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
• non-consensual sexual content
• non-consensual sexual media
• threatening to create, publish, or distribute intimate or sexual imagery without consent
• publishing or using another person's intimate imagery without consent

5. Human Trafficking, Sex Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation

Kizunora is a modern online marketplace where people buy and sell eligible physical goods, inspect items live with sellers before purchase, and transact with integrated shipping and Purchase Protection. Seller storefronts, buyer-seller messaging, live item inspection, protected transactions, and selected live services are marketplace features. Kizunora does not permit the commercialization of access to individuals, romantic attention, companionship, or sexual interaction.

Members may not use Kizunora to engage in, attempt, facilitate, solicit, advertise, promote, or seek:

• Human trafficking.
• Sex trafficking.
• Sexual exploitation of any person.
• Abuse, coercion, extortion, or threats used to exploit another person.
• Prostitution or escort services.
• Commercial sexual services or commercial sexual activity.
• Solicitation or purchase of sexual services.
• Arranging compensated sexual encounters.
• Paid romantic attention or paid companionship.
• Payment for sexual interaction or access to an individual for sexual purposes.
• Aiding, abetting, encouraging, facilitating, or promoting any of the above conduct.

These prohibitions apply regardless of whether money, goods, services, cryptocurrency, gifts, or anything else of value is exchanged.

6. Profile, Store & Artifact Content

Profiles, Stores, and Artifacts should represent legitimate listings, seller storefronts, physical items, collections, craft, or other permitted marketplace work.

Sexual solicitation and sexually explicit member-facing content are prohibited.

Members may not use profiles, Stores, Artifacts, listings, messages, or sessions to advertise or solicit paid romantic attention, companionship, sexual interaction, or access to another individual.

The following are prohibited:

• sexually explicit profile content
• sexually explicit for-profit content
• sexually explicit profile photographs, avatars, Artifact media, Store or Studio content, or other member-facing media
• sexual solicitation through a profile, Store, Artifact, listing, message, or session
• solicitation of paid romantic attention, companionship, or access to an individual
• exploitative or abusive imagery
• content intended primarily to facilitate prohibited sexual or exploitative activity

7. Permitted Transactions & Prohibited Commerce

Kizunora permits payment only for clearly defined value offered through Kizunora-authorized transaction features.

Depending on the features available to a member, permitted transactions may include:

• Eligible single-unit physical Artifact acquisitions.
• Defined professional, educational, craft, technical, or knowledge-based sessions and services.
• Other clearly defined products or services expressly permitted by Kizunora.

A paid offering must accurately describe what the buyer receives.

Payment may not be used to sell access to a person, personal attention, companionship, romantic interaction, sexual interaction, or an undefined personal relationship.

Members may not use Kizunora to offer, advertise, purchase, sell, or facilitate:

• Illegal goods or services.
• Stolen or counterfeit goods.
• Prohibited weapons or hazardous materials.
• Exploitative material.
• Sexual services.
• Trafficking or exploitation.
• Goods or services prohibited by Kizunora's policies.
• Goods or services prohibited by Kizunora's payment or shipping providers.
• Goods or services prohibited by applicable law.

Where Kizunora provides checkout, protected payout, shipping, transaction records, or buyer and seller protections, members may not arrange or solicit off-platform payment for the purpose of circumventing Kizunora's fees, safeguards, transaction records, or protections.

Ask, ordinary messaging, and access to another member's public work are not products for sale.

8. Scams, Fraud & Financial Abuse

Fraud and attempts to financially exploit Kizunora members are prohibited.

Members may not engage in:

• scams or deceptive schemes
• payment fraud
• identity theft
• phishing
• deliberate order non-fulfillment
• transaction manipulation
• chargeback or refund abuse
• financial deception
• counterfeit-goods transactions
• mail or shipping fraud
• fraudulent provenance or ownership claims
• false professional credentials used for financial gain
• impersonation for fraud or financial deception
• deceptive listings or material misrepresentation of a physical Artifact
• any activity intended to defraud another member, Kizunora, a payment provider, a shipping provider, or another party

Unauthorized mass solicitation, spam, deceptive promotion, and attempts to manipulate Kizunora's transaction systems are also prohibited.

9. Threats & Physical Safety

Threats of violence, credible threats of physical harm, stalking, intimidation, coercion, or conduct intended to place another person in reasonable fear for their safety are prohibited.

Kizunora may restrict accounts or features while serious safety reports are investigated and may preserve or disclose relevant information where required or permitted by applicable law.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Respect other people's privacy and confidential information.

Do not publish, distribute, or misuse another person's:

• Private personal information or identifying information.
• Home address or other sensitive location information.
• Confidential records.
• Private correspondence.
• Intimate imagery.
• Financial or authentication information.
• Unreleased or confidential media.
• Proprietary documentation.

Such information may be shared only where the person has provided appropriate authorization or where disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted.

11. Intellectual Property & Authenticity

Do not use Kizunora to infringe another person's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.

Members are responsible for ensuring they have the rights necessary to publish their Artifacts, photographs, documentation, listings, recordings, and other materials.

Kizunora may remove or restrict content that violates intellectual-property rights or materially misrepresents its authorship, ownership, origin, or provenance.

12. Reporting & Enforcement

Members should use Kizunora's available in-product Report tools to notify Kizunora of suspected violations and Block controls for immediate separation where available.

Authorized Kizunora operators may review reports and relevant account, content, communication, transaction, or session information as appropriate to investigate and enforce these policies.

Depending on the nature and severity of the conduct, Kizunora may:

• Remove or restrict content.
• Restrict transactions or payouts.
• Restrict specific product features.
• Suspend an account.
• Terminate an account.
• Revoke active sessions and product access.
• Preserve relevant information.
• Take other actions reasonably necessary to protect Kizunora, its members, payment or shipping systems, or the public.

Kizunora may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities where required by law or where Kizunora determines reporting is necessary to protect members or the public.

Kizunora does not guarantee a fixed public resolution time.

Kizunora does not ordinarily disclose the identity of a reporting member to the reported member, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary for legal process.

A member who believes an account restriction, suspension, or termination was made in error may contact Kizunora support to request administrative review. An authorized operator may uphold or reverse the action based on relevant records.

13. Enforcement Standards & Automated-Scanning Disclosure

Kizunora enforces these rules through mechanisms that may include in-product reporting, member blocking, human operator review, transaction review, and account or feature restrictions. Kizunora does not claim to operate safety or verification technology that it has not deployed. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature, Kizunora does not represent that it continuously performs automated CSAM hash matching, automated private-message scanning, automated photo scanning, AI moderation of all member content, automated trafficking detection, automated grooming detection, automated impersonation detection, automated scam detection, or criminal background checks. Age assurance is not equivalent to government-ID identity verification for every member. A facial age-estimation result does not by itself constitute facial-recognition identity verification and does not create an Identity Verified badge.

Kizunora does not guarantee that every member, Artifact, communication, session, listing, or transaction has been independently reviewed or verified.

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, transaction or payout restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination.
